Tesla has already shown off their electric truck and the Tesla Roadster. the company plans on going after the market for some of the largest vehicles on the road. Musk has often tweeted things that sounded like jokes but turned out to be actual projects and this also he did the same.
Note – That Musk was replying to someone else had tweeted him a question. And it’s possible Musk was in a playful mood, because the tweet he replied to was all about a toy.

“We’re working on a new Tesla mini-car that can squeeze in an adult,” Musk tweeted on Sunday, replying to a user who asked him about a “Model X Radio Flyer” toy car. The current Tesla Model S Radio Flyer is only for small kids and a weight capacity of 81 lbs. This EV comes with a standard 130 Wh battery pack.
It’s a great way to convert kids into Tesla fans and EV enthusiasts at a young age. This toy vehicle charges like a regular EV vehicle.

Tesla says that they are aiming to increase production to 10,000 Model 3s per week. The company believes that the majority of Tesla’s production lines will be ready to churn out this number by the end of 2018. More details on the new Tesla minicar to be revealed soon!
