Jeep has given us sneak peeks of the Wagoneer S through photos and performance details. They say the interior is filled with high-tech features and carefully crafted details. While Jeep hasn’t told us exactly how big the battery in the Wagoneer S is, we know it can come in different sizes, from 85kWh to 118kWh.
Talking about how fast it goes, the Wagoneer S uses two electric motors together making 592bhp (or 600hp). This incredible setup will let the electric SUV go from a complete stop to 60mph in around 3.5 seconds, according to the company.

The released press images unveil an elegantly designed exterior characterized by streamlined, aerodynamic surfaces. The outside of this SUV looks really cool! It has sharp edges and neat corners that show off the company’s unique style. At the back, there’s a big air dam on the bumper that has a touch of chrome, making it look almost like a spaceship. It’s pretty impressive!
Interior
The inside of the car is really nice. They used soft-touch materials, making it feel more luxurious compared to others in its category. The gear selector and driving mode options are on the middle console.
There’s also a special system with five driving modes for different terrains like snow and sand. Other cool features include a terrain management system, different colored ambient lights inside, seats that can be warmed up or cooled down.

Price
While they haven’t told us how much it will cost to start with, considering the impressive features highlighted in the Stellantis news release, we can anticipate the price to be $80,000 or even more, which might make it eligible for electric SUV tax credits.
One Reddit user shared thoughts on the SUV’s price, mentioning it seems pretty fancy, possibly hitting close to $100k. They suggested that if Jeep wants to be budget-friendly, they could start the base model at $80k, which might make it eligible for federal incentives.

Jeep Wagoneer S EV Release Date

Unlike other car companies, Stellantis didn’t talk about getting access to Tesla’s Superchargers in their recent announcement. They just said that NACS connectors will be available in 2025 for certain 2026-model-year EVs.
Stellantis will use adapters so that cars with CCS ports can charge at NACS stations, giving drivers access to more charging spots. Stellantis is also part of the Ionna fast-charging network, planning to set up 30,000 charging points by 2024, and these stations will work with different types of connectors.
Even though it’s technically correct, it might be a bit confusing for people because they didn’t talk about how it connects to Tesla’s Supercharger network, which many people find reliable.
Other EV makers usually mention Tesla when making similar announcements, so this one is a bit different. Intentional move?
