The 2018 Jimny will come with two engine options:
- 660cc turbocharged petrol unit for the standard variant
- a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol.
Both three-cylinder petrol units make 63bhp and 100bhp, respectively. The engines come mated to a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic. These are the same engine which Third Generation Maruti Jimny.
